 Important information relating to your application:

The convention currently hosts around 150 artists with room for more and is in the Norcalympia within the Norbreck Castle Hotel grounds. We also use the stunning ballroom for traders and judging, this is attached to the Norcalympia. Other smaller function rooms for various seminars are also used over the weekend.

Booths are:
3m x 2m (1 artist & 1 guest) £300
5m x 2m (2 artists & 2 guests) £500
8m x 2m (3 artists & 3 guests) £700
10m x 2m (4 artists & 4 guests) £900

Any other size requirements please contact us for a quote.

Each booth is constructed using a steel and drape system which is 2m high, but only separated by tape markings so you don’t feel closed in.

The Booth includes:

At least 2 x 13amp sockets • Artists small working table for inks etc • Front table for display purposes

Clinical and General Waste Sacks • Sharps Container • Cling film • Plastic Cups • Paper Roll • Convention welcome pack

We recommend bringing a fan, table cover, spotlight (though we do have some to lend out) and your banner.

Tatcon Blackpool consent forms MUST be used during the event; you will be issued with these upon arrival. Please familiarise yourself with the consent form and if you have any queries relating to it please ask. If wish to use your own consent form, this must be used in addition to the consent form provided and copies provided for event records. Tatcon Blackpool will not be responsible for any errors or omissions, or losses. 

You MUST hand in copies of consent forms for event records and you MUST keep copies for your own records.
This is a legal and local authority requirement. We do have a photocopier on site to make life easier.

50% deposit is required within 28 days of being notified of acceptance and full balance to be paid no later than 1st June 2017 non payment of balance may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit. Only 50% of deposit will be refunded for cancelled booking if within 60 days of convention.
